Fortunately, they are. The products are all very well-built and sturdy. They are made from premium materials are it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into both the design and manufacturing of these devices. As a result, the mechanics and motors spin silently. In particular, the water fountains are pleasantly still, which humans and pets alike enjoy.
They stand stable on the ground, though the 6L (200 ounces) feeders are a little top-heavy. This can be countered by placing it in a corner or somewhere with extra support.
And what’s more, Petlibro has taken it a step further by designing their feeders and fountains, knowing that accidents happen and that pets can be playful and know things over.
For example, if the Petlibro automatic pet feeders are knocked over, their contents won’t spill all over the floor. So even though it would be a boon for any pet, they would probably end up with an upset stomach and gobbling up several days’ worth of food.
Another trick that Petlibro has up its sleeve is a dual power supply that gives you backup power in an outage (not available on all models). While these are rare and typically intermittent, this will both give you the certainty that your pets will always have reliable access to food and water, and, additionally, it avoids any resetting of timed schedules, etc.
Lastly, the automated feeder from Petlibro can sense if there is already too much uneaten food in the tray. This ensures that the bowl won’t overflow and, just as importantly, that your pets don’t have access to too much food or that it goes stale by sitting out for too long.

For some pets, this may matter less. But for others who are unaccustomed to you being away or who just don’t like being alone, this is a very welcome feature that pets will enjoy and value. In addition, it’s super easy to set up. And while you may grow tired of hearing your own voice calling to dinner several times a day during the weekend, pets will appreciate it the days where you are not home.
Low Food Alarm
It may sound simple, but the low food alarm is pretty genius and something that few other feeders have. Even the most attentive pet owner may overlook a feeder almost out of food. If you’re just gone for a few hours, chances are your pet will merely be disappointed when less than the usual allotment comes out.

That should be sufficient for a small dog or cat for about a month, but you may want to replenish it more often. But in theory, it would allow you to leave your pets alone for up to a month – you probably wouldn’t, though.
